The buyer becomes the owner of the Maharajah foal as well as the broodmare, who
is in foal to Calgary Games.
The stud fee for Maharajah has been fully paid. For the stud fee of Calgary Games, a
deposit of €1,000 has already been paid. Upon the birth of a live foal, the buyer will
still have to pay the remaining amount of €8,500 for the Calgary Games stud fee.
The buyer will become the breeder of
the future foal by Calgary Games. Taking into account the applicable regulations and
conditions of the various studbooks, the buyer may choose in which studbook the
foals will be registered.
